CFS members have been asking for the WODs in advance. While that is never going to happen, I am willing to compromise and set you all know a little bit of what’s to come.

Tuesday – Long and Sweaty + a unique gymnastics element

Wednesday – Functional Bodybuilding + Structural Work

Thursday – Hill Runs + Gymnastics

Friday – Barbell + Gymnastics

Saturday – Long and Sweaty – Low Skill & High Reps

Sunday – We will see…
