Station 1 – 100 DB Flat Bench (50/35) Rx+ Go Heavier
Station 2 – Sled Rope Pull – 12 Lengths in sets of 3 to 4 at a time
Station 3 – 200 Air Squat (Rx+ 300)
Athletes, choose whichever station you want to start at and then proceed with the work. You won’t be timing your efforts but instead only focusing on challenging yourself while maintaining perfect form. We have a limited number of benches and sleds so everyone might not be able to get their first pick. This is a little mini Murph for all you folks who are going for it!
