EVEN Minutes – AMRAP Rowing Calories

ODD Minutes – 10 Toes to Bar

EVEN Minutes – AMRAP Bear Crawls

 

Rules –  The 16 Single Arm Front Rack DB Reverse Lunges will be performed by completing 8 reps with the DB at one shoulder and the matching leg completing all 8 reps before the DB can be switched to the other shoulder and the other leg can lunge backward. In other words, these are not alternating lunges and if your DB is at your right shoulder, then your right leg must go back.  The lunges nor the toes to bar count toward your score. Only the bear crawls and the calories count as your score. You must complete the requisite Lunges & Toes to Bar to have an Rx score today.
