Station 1 – KB Goblet Squats (53/36) (1 rep = 1 point)
Station 2 – Sled Push (1 length = 10 points)
Station 3 – Deadlift (185/125) (1 rep = 2 points)
Station 4 – Rest
-This is what I like to call a “dozen doughnut workout”. You could eat a dozen doughnuts immediately after a workout like this and wake up tomorrow learner than today. Their is one catch…we need that intensity.
