Station 2 – Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20) (1 rep = 2)
Station 3 – Erg Bike (L10/L7) (1 cal = 3)
Station 4 – Rest
We will run a rolling station so all athletes complete this workout as written in this order. For lunges, athletes can hold their DBs at their sides.
