Deadlift (Bodyweight) Rx+ 1.5x Bodyweight

Strict Pull-ups (Rx+ .25 Bodyweight)

 

After each set of deadlifts and after each set of pull-ups, complete 10 Air Squats (Rx+ 15) for a total of 200 (Rx+ 300 Air Squats)….Mega Murph Prep
