30 1-Arm Ring Rows

30 DB Box Step Overs (50/35 & 20/20″)

30 DB Power Snatch 50/35

 

Athletes will only use 1 DB for this workout. Ring rows are 15 reps per arm. Power snatch is alternating hands every rep. Get pumped!
