Pro Tip – If Friday night is your big test, then don’t do the WOD today. Instead, go to Open gym, warm up a lot, do some durability, jump on the bike for a little bit and that’s it. If you’re coming Friday but it’s just another day at CFS, then come today but do yourself a favor and scale down the workout a bit.
