Sharing sandbags in a WOD like this can get messy if we get careless. Coaches and staff members will be cleaning off all bags used after all classes. Members are encouraged to help and feel free to clean the bags during the WOD if you like. The sandbags are made of Cordura® which is 100% water proof, non-porous and easy to clean. A strict T-Shirt on policy will be enforced today as well.
An athlete might consider bringing a towel, to surround their sandbag with, if they believes themselves to become a little bit sweaty.
