Single Leg RDL – Barefoot

1 Minute Per Leg  – can’t use your other foot for support during entire 60 seconds…this might require that you hop around a little bit to find balance if lost

Skill/Strength

Deadlift – 12 minutes

Heavy Set of 8 Touch-n-Go

Heavy set of 6 TnGo

Heavy set of 4 TnGo

Heavy set of 2 TnGo

WOD

12 min AMRAP

15 Deadlifts (185/125)

10 Pull-Ups
