Weighted Side Plank – 2 Sets of 30 seconds

Skill/Strength

1-Arm DB Hang Power Snatch

Work up to 1 heavy set of 10 reps per arm, no rest b/w arms

WOD

1 Round – 25 min Time Cap

20 DB Hang Power Snatch (50/35)

18 Burpees to an OH target

30 DB Hang Power Snatch (50/35)

18 Burpees

40 DB Hang Power Snatch (50/35)

18 Burpees

50 DB Hang Power Snatch (50/35)

18 Burpees

 

Rules – Athletes must alternate arms every 5 reps on the hang power snatch. Don’t drop the DB to the floor from overhead b/c they will break in half. Enjoy
