AMRAP Sled Rope Pull + Ring Drag (65/45) (1 Length = 10 Points)
or
AMRAP Rowing (1 Cal = 1 Point)
Each 4 minute set begins with 40 lunges but 2 sets will finish with an AMRAP of sled work while 2 sets finish with Rowing. Alternate between finishing with the sled or finishing with the rower.
