“Fight Gone Bad”

3 Rounds – 6 Stations – 1 Minute per Station – Zero Transition Time

Station 1 – Wall Ball (20/15)

Station 2 – Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75/55)

Station 3 – Box Jumps (24/20)

Station 4 – Push Press (75/55)

Station 5 – Row (Calories)

Station 6 – Rest

 

Scores equals total reps done. We are going to run two heats so that everyone can have a judge to count for them.
