Every 4 minute work interval begins with
21 KB Swings (70/53)
Immediately followed by either
AMRAP Sled Push (45/25) (1 Length = 6 Points)
or
AMRAP Erg Bike (1 Cal. = 1 Point)
If your first interval is KB Swings and Sled Push, then your second interval is KB Swings and Erg Bike and vice versa. Alternate your AMRAP movements.
