Durability 

Band X Walk – 2 min AMRAP

-Don’t drag your trailing leg…it ruins the bands but also makes the drill less effective

Skill/Strength 

Deadlift Warm Up – Coaches choice

WOD

10 min EMOM

4 Deadlifts per minute

– Heavy Weight – The goal is to lift as much total weight as possible over these 40 reps without killing yourself – General Advice 225/155 (Rx+ 275/185) – If you got more, go for it!

Immediately followed by FOUR LAPS around the block. All athletes much switch directions per lap…FOR TIME

There was a little miscommunication about how the sleds were supposed to be used yesterday and that’s my fault. I am looking forward to dialing in the sleds as well as adding more variety to out station WODs.
