Station 1 – Sled Walk + DB Burden Carry (45/35 on Sled + 50/35 DB) (1 length = 10 points)
Station 2 – Double KB Burpee Deadlift (53/35) (1 rep = 2 points)
Station 3 – MB Sit-Up (20/15) (1 rep = 1 point)
Station 4 – Rest
Notes – The Sleds have been outfitted with a new attachment that allows the user to slide the carabiner from one side of the sled to the other. The sled work today is going to be difficult, awkward, burdensome but extremely important.
