Wall Ball Skill and Practice to the Higher Standard

WOD

5 Sets – 2 min Rest b/w Sets

10 DB Box Step Overs (50/35#) (20/16″)

20 Wall Ball (20/15) (11/10′ Targets)

30 Tuck-Ups

 

Note – Athletes need to achieve full standing on top of the box before commencing to stepping down to complete 1 rep of a DB Box Step Over.

This is our Tuck-Up Standard except I need you to touch your shoes to complete the reps. It is a common mistake to not straighten out your legs completely to achieve a proper starting position after touching your toes. Get long, get compressed, get long, get compressed, get jacked, simple.
