Barbell Goodmornings – 6 to 8 reps total x3 rounds with minimal rest & empty barbell or light weight
Skill/Strength
Squat Clean – Build to a 1 Rep Max in 10 Minutes
WOD
3 Rounds (Rx+ 4 Rounds)
250 Meter KB Burden Carry (53/35)
10 Squat Cleans (155/105)
Notes – Carry the KB however you want but it is highly recommended that you carry it symetrically when you consider workload. (10 steps with it in right hand, 10 steps with KB in left hand, 10 Steps with KB on right shoulder, 10 steps with KB on Left shoulder, 20 steps with KB held at center of chest, etc. etc.)
