The focus today is to find the perfect scale for pull-ups for everyone who is scaling. Coaches will work with this group of members on an individual basis. If you use a band for pull-ups, today might be a good chance to get a strict scale and get a good PUMP!!!
For those members who don’t need a scale, today you will work up to a 1 REP MAX WEIGHTED PULL-UP!!! Put your 1RM on the board so that later classes can try to beat you by 1 pound ; )
