Rules
- Only 1 team member can bench press at a time. The weights should be adjusted per teammate so ensure that every set of the 200 reps, for every athlete, is at least 5 reps. The order of bench pressers must remain constant.
-Only 1 team member can bike at a time. The order of bikers must remain constant.
-The entire team can squat at the same time but the team only needs 400 as a group so please don’t do 400 squats each. Recording total number of squats during the workout is going to require good communication and organization.
