Congratulations to all the CFS Athletes who made progress toward their body composition goals during the Fall Clean Up!!! The effort on the ReTest WOD was inspirational and everyone should be proud. The central goal of the challenge was to educate as many members as possible and wether you realized your goals or not, you still learned something. You either learned what works for you or you learned what doesn’t work. In either situation, the experience you gained will help you succeed during the 2017 CrossFit Syracuse Clean Life Challenge!!!
