Bent Over Barbell Rows

5 sets of 8 to 10 Reps

-Don’t use your hips to elevate the barbell, just arms and shoulders

-Strict Pull-ups here we come!!

WOD

Overhead Squats (135/95) Rx+ 155/105

Box Jumps (24/20) Rx+ 30/24

 

For athletes who cannot load the overhead squat, please complete either front squats taken from the floor or back squats taken from the rig. Make sure that your Front Squat or Back Squat weights are challenging enough for you considering the Rx & Rx+ weights are relatively challenging for Overhead Squats.
