Strict Pull-Up Test
Athletes need 2 consecutive strict pull-ups to be allowed to perform kipping unassisted pull-ups during a WOD. 5 Reps strict with a band is also needed to kip with that band during the WOD. We are going to test out our max consecutive strict Pull-Ups today. We are also going to strictly enforce the 2 pull-up standards so if you have 1 and 3/4th pull-up, please select the appropriate band for the WOD or perform 18 challenging ring rows during the WOD.
