2000 Meter Row as fast as possible

 

From Minute 20 to Minute 27

7 min AMRAP

Burpees to overhead Target

 

Rules – For every burpee you complete during the 7 min AMRAP, take 1 second OFF your 2k Row time. 

When reporting your score to the white board, please put down your final score (2k Row time – Burpees) as well as the total number of burpees you completed
