I’m not going to tell you exactly what it is and I’m on vacation so I don’t have to deal with the fall out :)

What I will tell you is this…

1 – Beginners can do it easily but it isn’t an easy workout

2 – It’s very effective for increasing fitness

3 – It is very user friendly so scaling is usually not needed (but always available so make sure to come in no matter what!)

4 – It’s not AirBike
