Last tested on August 4th of this year so not too long ago but I anticipate progress!!!

Alternating Prone Plank

1 Set – As Long As Possible – As long as your midline is neutral – Once your spine passes from neutral to flexion, the set is over

Rope Climb Skill Session

WOD

20 min AMRAP

500 Meter Run

3 Rope Climbs (Rx+ 5 Rope Climbs)

 

Athletes, ankle and shin protection is mandatory for all athletes who want to climb the rope. A neoprene knee sleeve is ideal. Also, taping your lower leg is a good option for high level protection.
