AMRAP Strict Press + AMRAP Push Press (135/95)

Clean the barbell and commence with strict Overhead Pressing. Once you complete as many reps as possible in a row, proceed to Push Press the barbell for as many reps as possible. This large set is completed without dropping the barbell b/w movements.
