15 Burpees

20 AbMat Sit-Ups (Rx+ 30)

7 Pull-ups (Rx+ C2B)

immediately followed by a 500 Meter Run

repeated for 3 Total Rounds.

Three rounds in the gym, then run, then another three rounds in the gym, then run, then a final 3 rounds in the gym and a final run…sounds like fun to me.
