WOD 

24 Minute EMOM

1st Minute – AMRAP Strict Overhead Press (95/65) (1 Rep = 1 Point)

2nd Minute – AMRAP Double Unders (10 Reps = 1 Point)

3rd Minute – 12 Box Jumps (24/20)

4th Minute – 20 AbMat Sit-Ups

 

Notes – The 1st and 2nd minutes of each round (Strict Overhead Press & Double Unders) are where you build your score for the white board. The 3rd and 4th minutes (Box Jumps and Sit-ups) are simply reps that you must complete but do not contribute to your total score.
