6 Intervals – 90 sec of work per interval – 4:30 rest b/w intervals

AirBike Buy-In (12/10)

AMRAP Sled Push (1 Length = 1 Point)

(Sleds and bikes will be positioned to best achieve consistent sled friction)

Heat 2 – 1:30 – 7:30 – 13:30 – 19:30 – 25:30 – 31:30

Heat 3 – 3:00 – 9:00 – 15:00 – 21:00 – 27:00 – 33:00

Heat 4 – 4:30 – 10:30 – 16:30 – 22:30 – 28:30 – 34:30
