Rules – The barbell cannot rest at the hip or on the floor (obviously). The only place that the barbell can stop moving is in the front rack!

25 Power Cleans (95/65)

50 Double Unders

50 AbMat Sit-Ups (Rx+ V-Ups)

 

Notes – The power clean weight should be light enough to allow for big sets of TnGo reps. Don’t go Rx unless you can TnGo for big sets with that weight.
