Notes – In the workout, you can perform whichever type of snatch you prefer, power or squat. To scale the 7 Muscle Ups, athletes can perform 7 of their most challenging pull-up variations and 7 strict push-ups. Use strict pull-ups if you can complete 7 reps relatively quickly.
