6 Stations, each station is a 1 min AMRAP, you go through the 6 stations for 3 rounds, there is only one scheduled rest station.

Station Two – Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75/55)
Station Three – Box Jumps (24/20) Yes we are increasing the male box

We are not going to run multiple heats today. All athletes are responsible for recording their own scores. For classes larger than 10, we will run two waves of athletes. Only 1 CFS member has ever cracked the 400 rep level…lets see if we can increase that number today!!!
