22 veterans commit suicide every day. In an effort to spread awareness about the problem, people all around the country are joining in on the 22 Push-Up Challenge, which means doing 22 push-ups for 22 days. Today is Day 1 for CrossFit Syracuse. To complete the general warm-up every day, each class will complete 22 push-ups before beginning the Skill/Strength.
