You Dirty Workers are going to start your day with a little run where you leave CFS and travel toward Thompson Rd. at which point you make a right and run up Thompson Rd. toward LeMoyne College. When you reach your right right (Springfield Rd), turn right and continue running along Springfield Rd till you hit Smith St. at which point turn right toward Erie Blvd. Once you hit Erie, come on home where you will be greeted with a Rower. Row a 2k and then enjoy the rest of your day. By the way, the run is 1.44 miles.
