Warm Up to WOD Deadlift Weight
You all might be seeing a pattern here with the deadlifts. Two weeks ago with did this weight range for a total of 45 reps in a WOD and last week it was a total of 48 reps. Today you have a total of 50 reps with the same weight range. Again, if you have incrementally been increasing your deadlift weight over the weeks with success, than do so again today. If on the other hand you have been very sore from these days, than keep the weight you used last week.
