5 min AMRAP

30 AbMat Sit-Ups

15 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95/65) Rx+ (115/75)

 

Scoring – You being the 6 Min AMRAP exactly where you finished the 7 min AMRAP. The movements change but the rep scheme does not. For example, if you finish you 10th Power Snatch at the 7 min mark, then you begin the 6 Min AMRAP at your 11th Push Press.
