Quickly build up to a heavy Power Clean and Push Jerk

TEAM WOD – WOD 5 from The First Responders Challenge

In Team of Three

100 Ground to Overhead (135/95)

- 1 Person is lifting

- 1 Person is hanging from the pull-up rig

- 1 Person is holding 2 KBs (53/36)

  • all 3 athletes will be working at the same time
  • Barbell cannot be lifted until the other 2 team members are hanging/holding
  • Athletes can be switched out in any order as long as all members are “working” at the same time

Good luck to all the brave CrossFit Syracuse Police Officers who will be participating in this awesome event!
