Athletes, performing kipping handstand push-ups (HSPUs) during a WOD comes with a strict HSPU prerequisite.
At whatever level you are doing kipping HSPU from, the floor or an AbMat for example, you must also be able to complete two consecutive strict HSPUs from that same level. We have 101 scales for this beast of a set so don’t worry if you don’t have HSPU right now.
