Durability 

Alternate b/w an Arch Hold  and a Plank – 30 seconds per movement x 5 Rounds – rest as little as necessary to complete as many sets unbroken as possible

Plank

Skill/Strength

Handstand Holds – If you have the space and the skill, then complete 5 working sets. Ensure you come down before you start to loose shoulder control and position.

Kick-up + Handstand Hold

Knees Elevated Handstand Hold is a great scale if you don’t have the space

WOD

3 Rounds

30 Burpees

60 Air Squats
