5 Minutes of Work – 5 Minutes of Rest x 4 Rounds
500/400 Meter Row – Immediately Followed By Either
AMRAP Sled Push (1 Length = 10 Points)
or
AMRAP Erg Bike (1 Cal = 1 Point)
Athletes, 10 of you will start together in heat 1 but only half of you will advance to the sled and the other half will advance to the bike. In round 2, those same 10 athletes will start on the rower but you will all advance to the other movement after the row is complete. In other words, you will all row 4x but you will all sled push 2x and bike 2x.
