Tuesday – A bunch of nasty 5 minute intervals
Wednesday – Probably the 1st time many of you will DB Bench Press in a WOD, looks fun.
Thursday – 30 min AMRAP with all the good move movements
Friday – 3 different 4 min AMRAPs, each Weightlifting + Gymnastics
Saturday – Low Skill, High Intensity Intervals = Improved Work Capacity
Sunday – Simple Movements, lots of calisthenics, midline
