Happy New Years CFS!!! I hope 2019 is a great year for you all!!! If you stayed up late last night, no worries, todays WOD is perfect for you. If you got to bed early to start 2019 off on the right step, no worries, this WOD is perfect for you too! Also make sure you’re really ready for tomorrow…2019 CFS Benchmark WOD!!!

Durability

Band X Walk – 1 min x 1 set

Arch Hold – 1 min x 1 set

Skill/Strength

Warm Up & Go

WOD

4 Stations – 2 minutes per station – 30 second transition time – 3 Rounds

Station 1 – AMRAP – Row (10 meters = 1 point)

Station 2 – AMRAP – Erg Bike (20 meters = 1 point)

Station 3 – AMRAP – Sled Push (1 length = 10 points)

Station 4 – AMRAP – 10 Hollow Rock + 20 Air Squat (1 rd = 15 points)

 

Athletes, if you stayed out late last night and had a few adult beverages, then please take it easy today and go half speed.
