Monday – The December Benchmark RETEST!!!

Tuesday – This a good WOD for folks who stayed up all the way to midnight!

Wednesday – The CrossFit Syracuse 2019 Benchmark WOD! It’s a fun Chipper 🙂

Thursday – Looks very fun, unique, not easy, no weights

Friday – All the weights, all 10 squat racks, no squatting, everyone needs two bars 😮

Saturday – This WOD might have walking lunges, rope climbs and loaded wall-sits…maybe

Sunday – Simple Movements, lots of calisthenics, midline
