THE 2019 CrossFit Syracuse Benchmark WOD

Instead of doing a January Benchmark this month, we are going to do an Annual Benchmark Test that will be retested at the end of the year! If everyone likes it, then we might retest at the end of the month as well.

30 KB Swings (53/35) Rx+ 70/53

30 KB Goblet Thrusters (53/35) Rx+ 70/53

30 Tuck-Ups

30 Shoulder to Overhead (115/75) Rx+ Push Press

30 Back Squats (115/75)

30 Wall Ball (20/15)

30 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pull (53/35) Rx+ 70/53

30 Double Unders (Rx+ Triple Unders)
