WOD – 117.7 –“Watson”

Today is Mark and Melissa Watson last day at CFS and they will be missed!  These are two young go-hards who know how to push their limits and their farewell WOD is a perfect fit for them. From all the coaches, employees and members of CFS, we were lucky to have you two in our gym!

Skill/Strength

Warm up the Shoulder to Overhead

WOD

2 min AMRAP – 6 min Rest x 5 Sets

Each 2 min AMRAP starts with 15 Shoulder to Overhead

In the remaining time, push the sled across the gym as many times as possible before 2 minutes elapses.
