Athletes, your score is the total number of meters you can row today. The barbell complex must be completed but it does not have to be unbroken and those reps do not contribute to your score. For every rep that you fail to complete of the complex, that is a 300 meter deduction from your total score.
Athletes, everyone must begin to get off the rower with 15 seconds left in their interval so you’ll only have 45 seconds per EVEN minute to accumulate as many meters as possible. This rule is in place so that the next heat can begin at the start of their minute. Once the clock hits :45, stop counting your meters.
