Durability

PVC Drumming – 1 Min per side x 1 set

Skill/Strength

2 to 3 minutes of Handstand Hold

Athletes, you all should break this 2 to 3 minutes up into smaller sections. The goal here is not to max out your hold but instead, come down a few seconds before you start showing a lack of control. Scales are available for every ability level.

WOD

3 Rounds

15 Power Snatch (115/75) Rx+ 135/95

10 Handstand Push-Ups

5 Ring Muscle Ups

 

Rx+ is 4 Rounds and a heavier weight on the Snatch. There is a 16 min time cap on this WOD.
