Band X Walk – 2 min AMRAP x 1 set

Side Lying Lateral Leg Raise – 1 min AMRAP per side x 1 set

Skill/Strength

DB Box Jumps – 5 sets of 5 reps

Athletes, please use relatively heavier DBs and relatively low boxes to jump on. Make sure to step down from the box and take a moment b/w reps to ensure proper set up. Build up your DB weight as you progress from set 1 to set 5.
