Weighted Quadruped Crawl – 60 seconds x 2 sets

Primer Sets

WOD

4 Minutes of Work – 4 Minutes of Rest x 4 Rounds

250 Meter Run

Immediately followed by

AMRAP Sled Push (45/35) (1 length = 10 Points)

OR

AMRAP AirBike (1 Calorie = 3 Points)

 

Athletes, we will complete this WOD in two heats with up to 10 people per heat. In heat 1, all 10 athletes will leave on their run but when they return, half of the group will advance to the sled while the other half advance to the AirBike. In rounds 2, the same 10 athletes will leave for the run at the same time, however, those who sled in round one will bike in round two and vice versa.
